Walk-ins and appointments

Serenity Spa & Massage operates primarily on a walk-in basis. We are open every day from 9AM – 9PM. If you call ahead, we will do our best to accommodate the time you prefer, but availability may shift based on therapist schedules.

Pricing

Our standard rates are $60 for a 30-minute session and $80 for a 60-minute session. Couples massages are charged at the same per-person rate. Clean private rooms are provided with every session.

Tips

Tips are entirely voluntary and at your discretion. They are not required and not expected.

Conduct

Our spa offers professional therapeutic massage in clean private rooms. Inappropriate behavior, including any conduct of a sexual nature, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the session and a permanent ban from the premises. Local law enforcement will be contacted if necessary.

Health considerations

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, recent injuries, surgeries, allergies, or pregnancy before your session begins. Massage may not be appropriate for certain conditions; we may recommend you speak with a doctor first.

Personal belongings

Serenity Spa & Massage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables with you in the private room.

Refunds

Sessions completed are non-refundable. If a service does not meet your expectations, please tell us during the session — we will adjust pressure, technique, or focus area immediately.
